To prepare, simply gather 10 to 15 small objects from around your home—anything that catches your eye, from your junk drawer or recycling bin to items found outdoors. No need to overthink it; just let your hands guide you. During the session, you’ll work both in small and large groups, creating a physical representation of a change you want to bring to life.
