In 2021, Jack Pearpoint and Lynda Kahn offered a webinar for the Nebraska Person Centered Planning Initiative, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and the Nebraska Council on Developmental Disabilities (1/25/2021). Together they talked about the origins of Circles of Support – and the Judith Snow Story. They told stories and showed video clips from MAPS and PATH. They talked about the Five Valued Experiences as a framework – the underlying values of this work. They concluded by reading Judith Snow’s challenge to us all to have the courage to make a friend of someone who has a difference in their life.
