A profile of an inspiring literacy program, founded by Tracy LaQuyere (later renamed Justin Page) and Rick Parsons, which teaches street kids to read and write, and gets them off the streets. Former street people themselves, Tracy and Rick discuss life for this largely ignored group of people, and how their program helps. Beat the Street operated with the support of Frontier College.
