Gail Jacobs has been a leader for inclusion in Wisconsin.  She made Options into an organization that served the needs of people and families with remarkable ssensitivity inspite of the complexities of policy and funding changes.  She was also an advocate for a full life for her son.   See the book :Celebrating the Ordinary” where John O’Brien gathered the stories of their supports for people.
