C-Change Scotland released an insightful report – compiled and written by Heather Simmons – which focuses on the learnings from managing in times of Covid. In particular, a series of short stories and interviews highlight the surprising, unanticipated resilience and capacity of members of the C-Change community.
We have had some of our best days.

Some days of sadness and disappointment
nevertheless rich sources of feeling and learning for us.
The writing focused on 3 themes:

There is more listening to be done.
At this time there are signposts everywhere
and all of them point to other, deeper questions.
