Beth has spent more than three decades developing innovative support strategies for individuals underserved by the developmental disability system. As founder and CEO of Life Works in San Diego, she has led efforts to create individualized, person-centered supports for those often overlooked by traditional models.
A graduate of California State University, Chico with degrees in Child Development and Psychology, Beth has built her career at the intersection of creativity, advocacy, and deep human connection—always asking, “What more is possible?”
She is co-creator of the Liberty Plan, a facilitation tool for designing meaningful lives, co-author of Intentional Teaming, and co-founder of the Alliance of Change with colleagues Kirk Hinkleman and Annette Jett.
