Kirk Hinkleman is Executive Director of Life Works, President of the Aloka Foundation, and a founding member of the Alliance of Change, a consulting and membership organization helping individuals and systems move from stagnation to possibility. A mindfulness meditation teacher, Kirk focuses on wellbeing as a response to burnout, emphasizing awareness as the foundation for meaningful change.
He is co-author of Intentional Teaming (with Beth Gallagher) and co-creator of the Liberty Plan, a person-centered planning process. Through his work, Kirk partners with people and organizations to align purpose with action—fostering authenticity, deep listening, and compassionate leadership. His approach centers on cultivating awareness, engaging inner work, and helping others realize their highest potential while building more inclusive, purpose-driven systems.
