Kirk Hinkleman is Executive Director of Life Works, President of the Aloka Foundation, and a founding member of the Alliance of Change, a consulting and membership organization helping individuals and systems move from stagnation to possibility. He is co-author of Intentional Teaming (with Beth Gallagher) and co-creator of the Liberty Plan, a person-centered planning process.
